Developed a cloud based application to automate the deployment of performance metrics, logging and visualization tools to review the usage of customer cloud based resources. On average, it took developers on my team four weeks worth of work (160 Hours) to setup, configure, and deploy monitoring resources to track a service performance once deployed to production. This time frame, is for each service individually. This is time that developers could re-focus on improving on the customer's business logic. My solution, removes the requirement for the developer to take ownership of building and deploying their service' monitoring solution by providing a plug and play service with meaningful defaults for the service they are looking to track. In addition, developers can also deploy the solution at any point in the development cycle, this way having insight into their system' performance at any time, not just when the applications are deployed to production.

Developed an Microsoft Excel based application to automate the collection and processing of Con Edison's emergency information from clients which is collected manually by 300 or more employees twice a year. The application reduced the time needed to complete the task by more then 90% by automating most of the needed subtasks, such as emailing the clients, calling the clients, and making the any updates to the emergency system as needed. In addition, the task could be completed by a single person managing the application file, instead of a complete department of over 300 employees also allowing time to complete mission critical tasks.
-
Designed and implemented a machine learning algorithm to analyze New York City images to manholes and plates. The tool automates the task proof checking if a meter could be installed on or around a client's property or properties. The project reduce the time it takes to triage a case and order of meters if possible by 100% because everything in the task is automated.
-
An Excel based application to automate the task of keep track of employees' progress on a assigned set of tasks. The application reduced the time to notify the employ- ees, and generate a report by 100% by removing the need to develop an email in Outlook and generating a report with the compiled data the employees have given. Everything could be done with a single click of a button.
